Sophie, a pet Ragdoll cat from Newtonville, will soon be gracing the walls of hundreds of thousands of homes across Canada.
Sophe has been selected from more than 60,000 entries to star in Pet Valu’s 2021 fundraising calendar to support Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides.
Sophie, who loves going outside on her leash and chasing flies and chipmunks, is featured as December.
The annual calendar, which contains photos of 17 adorable Canadian pets, including dogs, cats, a hamster, a budgie and a hedgehog, is available for a give-what-you-can donation at all Pet Valu stores across Canada. One hundred per cent of the donations go to support Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides.
