Clarington Council said Kaitlin Corporation has submitted a site plan application (File Number: SPA2021-0038) for the development of a residential building in Newcastle.
The application has been submitted on behalf of Newcastle Harbourview Ltd., which plans the development of a four-and-a-half-storey multi-unit residential building.
The project is located at 30 Lakebreeze, Newcastle.
The proposed building consists of 95 residential units and approximately 200 square metres of commercial space facing Lakebreeze Drive.
The plan also includes a second-floor landscaped rooftop terrace and indoor and surface parking, said a council statement.
