A 25-year old Oshawa man had his vehicle impounded and his licence suspended.
Durham Police clocked him doing 145 kmph in an 80 km/h zone.
He was driving along Harmony Road North, south of Winchester, in Oshawa early yesterday morning….in heavy fog conditions.
“Please slow down out there!” police said.
