Winter parking in effect in Oshawa from December 1

It issued the following reminders to residents:

  • Vehicles parked on Oshawa streets at any time while salting/snow clearing operations are underway, may be ticketed and/or towed, regardless of whether it occurs before December 1 or after April 1
  • Occasional Use Parking Permits are not valid during salting/snow clearing operations, and all previously arranged permits are suspended during salting/snow clearing operations.
