Fraudsters withdraw cash with stolen info at multiple sites

Durham police are looking for two male suspects after they committed bank fraud in Oshawa.

Last December 13 at about 1:55 pm, two male suspects attended the TD Bank located at 22 Stevenson Road South in Oshawa. The suspects attempted several transactions using stolen banking information, before successfully withdrawing $1600. The suspects were also able to use the banking information to make several transactions at other locations.

The first suspect is described as: male, White, approximately 30-40 years-old, with a large build. He was wearing a black/yellow/white toque with Chevrolet logo, black jacket, grey/white/black scarf, and blue jeans.

The second suspect is described as: male, White, 40-50 years-old, with a medium build. He was wearing a dark-coloured toque, and a black winter jacket with fur hood.

Anyone who was in this area between 1 :30 pm to 2:30 pm on Saturday, December 13, 2025, and has any cellphone, dash cam, or surveillance footage, please contact police.
