Durham Region Health Department yesterday said 442 cases of Covid-19 have been reported in the region since February 29.
The count on April 13 had stood at 368 cases.
Of the total cases, 29 are hospitalized. There have been 30 deaths. Recoveries number 146.
Durham Health yesterday updated the community-wide breakdown with the highest number of cases [119] in Ajax followed by 113 in Pickering and 104 in Oshawa.
