Covid Update: Durham count up 15 to 67 cases

Durham Region Health Department said it is monitoring 67 positive cases of Covid-19 in Durham Region.

On March 26, the number of positive cases in the region stood at 52.

The Health Department is actively following up with all close contacts of these positive cases. Individuals who were not in direct or close contact with the cases are not considered at risk of being infected, said a Durham Health statement yesterday.

New Durham Cases

  1. A 40-year old female who tested positive on March 26, 2020. She is at home on self isolation, where she will remain for the duration of her recovery.
  2. A 75-year old male who tested positive on March 26, 2020. He is at home on self isolation, where he will remain for the duration of his recovery.
  3. A 56-year old male who tested positive on March 26, 2020. He is currently hospitalized at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
  4. A 23-year old female who tested positive on March 26, 2020. She is at home on self isolation, where she will remain for the duration of her recovery.
  5. A 50-year old male who tested positive on March 26, 2020. He is at home on self isolation, where he will remain for the duration of his recovery.
  6. A 49-year old male who tested positive on March 26, 2020. He is at home on self isolation, where he will remain for the duration of his recovery.
  7. A 51-year old female who tested positive on March 26, 2020. She is at home on self isolation, where she will remain for the duration of her recovery.
  8. A 79-year old male who tested positive on March 26, 2020. He is at home on self isolation, where he will remain for the duration of his recovery.
  9. A 75-year old female who tested positive on March 26, 2020. She is at home on self isolation, where she will remain for the duration of her recovery.
  10. A 79-year old male who tested positive on March 26, 2020. He is at home on self isolation, where he will remain for the duration of his recovery.
  11. A 61-year old female who tested positive on March 26, 2020. She is at home on self isolation, where she will remain for the duration of her recovery.
  12. A 48-year old male who tested positive on March 26, 2020. He is at home on self isolation, where he will remain for the duration of his recovery.
  13. A 51-year old male who tested positive on March 26, 2020. He is at home on self isolation, where he will remain for the duration of his recovery.
  14. A 58-year old female who tested positive on March 26, 2020. She is at home on self isolation, where she will remain for the duration of her recovery.
  15. A 39-year old female who tested positive on March 26, 2020. She is at home on self isolation, where she will remain for the duration of her recovery.
