Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) yesterday said they have received reports of dogs becoming sick after a walk along a stretch in Whitby.
“We are looking into reports of several dogs getting sick after walks in the area of William Stephenson Drive near Overlord Street in Whitby,” said the DRPS in a tweet.
“They showed signs of poisoning, including shaking, rigidity of body, etc. Please be careful,” said the tweet.
It said the DRPS Central West Division is looking into it.
