Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) yesterday revealed that quick action by one of its member officers helped revive a man whose did not show any signs of life.
“Last night an off-duty officer came across a male driver who was VSA [vital signs absent] behind the wheel on Mary St & William St in Oshawa,” said a DRPS tweet.
Officer administered CPR until Durham Paramedics arrived to assist. Due to their combined efforts, the male regained a pulse, and was taken to hospital, it added.
