The Wizard of Oz

Diversified Theatre, a local not-for-profit board-approved theatre group, brings live theatre to schools in Durham region. This year more than 5,800 schoolchildren will see its show, the Wizard of Oz, at the Whitby Courthouse Theatre.
It provide educational packages to teachers so that a formal learning framework can be applied to the live theatre experience. It has dancers in the show aged 6 to 16, all drawn from local dance studios, plus local singing and acting talent.
