Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) has announced that its Financial Crimes Unit is placing warning posters at Bitcoin ATMs.
In recent months CRA and government agency frauds directing people to send funds through Bitcoin have been rising.
The poster was created by the DRPS in collaboration with RCMP Ontario, for education and crime prevention.
