Durham police officers are trying to locate a missing, vulnerable male who was last seen in Oshawa three weeks ago.
Joseph Smith, age 28, of No Fixed Address, was last seen at an Oshawa shelter on August 4. He has gone missing before, but generally not for this length of time.
He is described as a male, white, 5’9″ tall, weighing about 160 lbs. with a slender build. He has a tattoo of a rose on his right forearm.
