Man charged with sex with minors and child porn

One victim has been identified, but police are concerned there may be other victims across Ontario in the case of a man luring underage girls for sex and child pornography.

Toronto Police Service Sex Crimes Child Exploitation Section has laid new charges in an ongoing child exploitation investigation against Peter Kirkeby.

Police believe that Kirkeby contacted people under similar circumstances across the Province of Ontario and elsewhere in Canada.

Since issuing the original news release, more alleged victims have come forward.

It is further alleged that from June 2018 to March 2019, Kirkeby counselled a number of individuals to engage sexually with a child.

From 2011 to 2012, a 15 to 16-year-old girl met Kirkeby on the internet. He then met the girl in person a number of times and obtained sexual services. Kirkeby took sexually explicit images of the girl.

On Friday, August 23rd, Peter Kirkeby, 31, was further charged with:

1) Counselling Offence that is Not Committed
2) two counts of Luring a Child (under 18)
3) four counts of Obtaining Sexual Services for Consideration (under 18)
4) two counts of Make Available Child Pornography
5) two counts of Access Child Pornography
6) two counts of Possess Child Pornography
7) Make Child Pornography

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, 60 Queen. St. W., courtroom 111, on Friday, September 6, 2019, at 2 p.m.
