Durham Police investigators are looking for a man who was seen committing an indecent act in a Bowmanville park earlier this week.
On Tuesday, September 17 at 6 pm, police were called to Scugog Street Neighbourhood Park in Bowmanville by a concerned citizen. A female had witnessed a male sitting in a swing and touching himself over his pants while watching children play at the park.
Police searched the area but did not locate him.
The suspect is described as: male, white, approximately 60 years old and wearing khaki pants.
