Residents of Durham are being invited to see a movie – for free.
The Regional Municipality of Durham has joined the Oshawa Environmental Advisory Committee, and fellow community partners—the City of Oshawa, Ontario Tech University and Oshawa Power & Utilities Corporation—to host a free fall film event.
- When: Thursday, October 17 at 6:30 p.m.
- Where: The Regent Theatre, located at 50 King Street East, Oshawa.
- Why: The evening will feature displays from local organizations, followed by a brief presentation, and screening of the film “Call of the Forest.” The theme of the evening is inspiring positive change.
Note: Admission is free; however, donations of non-perishable food items are appreciated.
