Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) yesterday said that a gunshot was heard on Albert Street in Oshawa.
However, no one was shot.
“An imitation firearm may have caused the sound. Those involved are not cooperating, but our investigation continues,” DRPS said.
The gunshot was heard near a residence on Albert Street at around 3:50 pm. DRPS took one male is in custody – the alleged shooter.
