Police want to know who vandalized their station

Buildings in downtown Beaverton, including the DRPS police substation, were vandalized over the past few days.

This past weekend, officers discovered several windows were broken at the DRPS station and the nearby CIBC building.

On Wednesday August 14, officers discovered graffiti with anti-police messaging on the plywood that had been put up in place of the damaged windows at the police station.

Also on Wednesday, officers responded after a Canadian flag was set on fire at the Beaverton Cenotaph. Political related graffiti was found at the site.

The male suspect is described as white with red hair wearing dark clothing and tan coloured boots. His face was covered with a bandana.
