On Sunday, September 1, at about 8:50 am, members of East Division responded to a break-and-enter in progress at a residence in the area of Concession Road 6 and Jewel Road north of Newcastle.
A male entered a workshop located on the residential property and stole a shotgun. Police arrived on scene and located the male holding the shotgun.
