Six-month old Pickering pharmacy break-in solved

An arrest has been made in connection with a break-in at a Pickering pharmacy in February, Durham Police said.

On February 18, sometime between 3 am and 5 am, a suspect broke through a window and entered the Liverpool Pharmacy on Krosno Boulevard in Pickering. A quantity of drugs was taken and the suspect left the store through the same broken window.

As a result of an investigation by the West Division Criminal Investigations Bureau, a 31-year-old Pickering male was arrested on August 22.

Dylan Broomer, age 31, of Miriam Road in Pickering has been charged with Break and Enter Commit. He was later released on an undertaking.
