Remember the thief who grabbed cash from the till of an Oshawa hotel and fled?
Well, he is a resident of Oshawa and has been arrested and charged, police said.
David Waddington, age 30, of Oshawa Boulevard North in Oshawa, has been charged with: Robbery; Breach Probation x4; Theft Under $5,000; Theft – Shoplifting Under $5,000; and Breach Recognizance. He was held for a bail hearing.
On September 6, the accused walked behind the unattended counter at the Comfort Inn in Oshawa, removed cash from the till and then ran away.
