Toronto Police Service has arrested a man who vandalized a particular set of newspaper boxes across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Beginning in March, the Toronto Police Service began investigating mischief to newspaper boxes of Epoch Times.
The newspapers were first stolen and the display windows damaged. Over time, the damage escalated and included boxes all over the Greater Toronto Area, said a police statement.
The boxes were filled with trash and smeared with excrement.
More than 100 incidents were reported across the GTA.
On Monday, August 26, Fabio Guerreri, 50, of Toronto, was arrested.
He is charged with Mischief Over $5,000.
