Suspect voyeur surrenders after photo release

Toronto Police has thanked the public for assistance in identifying a man connected to a voyeurism investigation.

On Thursday, David H., 40, surrendered to police at 52 Division. He was arrested and charged with:

1) 15 counts of Voyeurism C.C. sec. 162(1)(a)

Earlier, police said on September 11  at 6:36 pm, police responded to a business in the Yonge Street and King Street West area, after a man entered the business and went into the public washroom.

Once inside, he affixed a black device which contained a camera and microphone that could be used to surreptitiously record people who were using the washroom
