A 17-year-old Oshawa male has been charged in connection with a stabbing incident that took place outside Oshawa Centre on July 9, 2019.
The 17-year-old male turned himself in at Central East Division on Thursday. He has been charged with: Aggravated Assault x2; Utter Threats; Carry Concealed Weapon; and Possess Weapon for Committing Offence.
He was released on a Promise to Appear With Undertaking.
Both male victims are recovering from their injuries.
