Investigators have charged a female home daycare operator in relation to an ongoing sexual assault investigation in Whitby.
The 36-year-old female, Crystal Benson was charged as part of an ongoing investigation. She was running a home daycare named “Little Tadpoles” on Catkins Crescent in Whitby at the time of the allegations.
She is charged with:
- Person in Charge not Providing Necessaries of Life and
- Cause Bodily Harm by Criminal Negligence
She was released on a Promise to Appear.
