The Town of Ajax has received development applications, submitted by 2695986 Ontario Inc., proposing the development of a 7-storey apartment building containing seniors’ rental units and affordable rental units for a total of 124 dwelling units.
One level of underground parking and ground level parking is proposed to be part of the development.
The developer has applied for a Zoning By-law Amendment Application to set site-specific development standards and permit additional uses to facilitate the proposed development. The purpose of the Site Plan Application (SP14/20) is to examine the design and technical aspects of the proposed development.
Stakeholders and residents are invited to attend a public open house to learn more about this development proposal, identify any concerns, and to provide comments. The public open house will be held electronically on Thursday, March 4 (today) from 7 to 9 pm.
