Durham Police are investigating an incident after a 29-year-old male was shot and killed at a residence in Ajax.
On Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at approximately 12:00 a.m., members from West Division responded to a residence on Smith Lane for a male who had been shot. Officers attended the residence and located the victim who had been shot multiple times. He was taken to a trauma centre in Toronto with critical injuries and was later pronounced dead.
Investigators believe there to be two suspects involved. There are no descriptions at this time.
