The Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) officers clocked in more than 550 safety violations in school zones in Pickering and Ajax this week.
DRPS officers took to the streets this week, monitoring and enforcing traffic in the Town of Ajax and the City of Pickering school zones, said a DRPS tweet yesterday.
Officers stopped motorists for 550+ roadway safety violations, it said asking people to slow down and keep the community’s children safe.
