The Durham community came together in Ajax last night to mourn the lives lost in the Ukrainian Airlines plane tragedy.
Ajax lost the Molani/Arsalani family.
“Ajax stands and grieves with Iranian community. It was our great honour to host the Molani/Arsalani family and residents,” said a tweet from the Town of Ajax.
Oshawa lost Dr. Razgar Rahimi, a faculty member and alumni at the Ontario Tech University.
