The Durham Catholic District School Board (DCDSB) – during its board meeting of September 28 – has resolved to dispose off a school in the City of Oshawa.
DCDSB owns the vacant Father Joseph Venini Catholic Elementary School site, located at 120 Glovers Road in Oshawa.
The board has determined that the property is not required for current or future board purposes.
It has, therefore, resolved that the vacant Father Joseph Venini Catholic Elementary School site be declared surplus
to board needs and authorized staff to proceed with the disposition process in accordance with Ontario Regulation 374/23, Acquisition and Disposition of Real Property.
