Durham police officers have seized a loaded firearm and drugs following a search warrant in Bowmanville in the Municipality of Clarington.
On Thursday, November 6 members of the DRPS East Crime Team concluded an investigation which resulted in a search warrant for a residence in the area of Bowmanville Avenue and Hartwell Avenue. Officers seized a loaded handgun, a large quantity of cocaine and fentanyl, as well as cash.
Four individuals were at the residence. A male aged 39, a male aged 38 and a 65-year old male all from Clarington, including a 38-year old male from Scugog. All were arrested without incident and held for a bail hearing. Names and further details available at www.drps.ca.
