An elderly female pedestrian was struck by a vehicle yesterday in Oshawa, according to Durham Police.
A police tweet around 2 pm yesterday said, at that time, the extent of the victim’s injuries were unknown.
She was taken to a local hospital.
The incident took place in the area King Street East just east of Wilson Road in Oshawa.
Police closed of the area to traffic, but reopened it within less than an hour.
