Durham Police officers are investigating street level robbery on the Oshawa Bike path near Hillcroft St.
An elderly male in his 70s suffered serious head injuries in the robbery early yesterday, said a police statement.
They said that the assailant fled the scene, and have asked if anyone has any information on the crime to call 905 579 1520.
