Gravenhurst: Inmate Gordon Putnam was apprehended by the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) squad on July 29 at about 5:20 pm.
This inmate had been unlawfully at large from the minimum security unit at Beaver Creek Institution, since July 28, 2019.
CSC is conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
