Durham police investigators are looking for two suspects after a home-invasion style robbery at a residence in Whitby on Sunday.
On February 16 at about 5:25 pm, members of Central West Division responded to a home robbery at a residence on Petra Way in Whitby. Three victims were in the residence when two armed suspects broke into their units and made a demand for money and drugs. The suspects stole the victims cellphones and cannabis. Police searched the area with negative results.
The victims didn’t sustain any physical injuries.
Both suspects are described as black males. They wore hooded sweaters concealing their faces. They were both armed with handguns.
