Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) yesterday said a man has been found dead near Lake Ontario shoreline.
Sudden death investigation is underway by members from DRPS Central East Division
after a deceased person was located just after 11:30 am, on the shorelines of Lake Ontario, said a DRPS tweet.
He was found by Lakeview Park Drive and Kluane Drive in Oshawa, DRPS said adding that the victim is a male and “at this point there is nothing to indicate that this is a suspicious death”.
It said more information will be released later.
