Man arrested for breaking into storage units

A 37-year-old male was arrested for breaking into numerous storage units in Whitby Friday morning.

On Friday, July 9, at approximately 12:30 am, members of Central West Division were dispatched to the Valiant Mini Storage on Victoria Street after a report of a break and enter. Officers responded to find the suspect breaking into a storage unit. He was arrested without incident.

Andrew Lott, age 37 of No Fixed Address, faces several charges, including: Break and Enter x10 and Fail to Comply with Probation Order. He was held for a bail hearing.
