If you’ve found a bag of medication, call 9-1-1

Toronto: If during your  commute to Toronto, you have found a bag of medication, please call 911.

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a quantity of lost medication.

It is reported that on Thursday, July 4 at 7 am, six vials of methadone were lost between  King Street West and Spadina Avenue area and the Morningside Avenue and Milner Avenue area

The medication was inside a grey plastic shopping bag and may have been misplaced within the public transportation system

The medication could be harmful and even fatal if ingested, especially by children.

Side-effects can include constipation, drowsiness, nausea and vomiting.
