Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) yesterday announced that the 43-year-old outreach patient from Ontario Shores, has been located and arrested.
He was arrested in Huntsville, Ontario.
Joseph Clarke of Oshawa will be returned to Ontario Shores and detained for an assessment, said a DRPS tweet last night.
Clarke was reported missing on July 30, 2020 from his Oshawa residence,
“Thanks to all who assisted!” said the tweet.
