North Oshawa Park pedestrian bridge closed for safety

The City of Oshawa yesterday announced that the North Oshawa Park pedestrian bridge has been closed for safety reasons

The pedestrian bridge is closed between Beatrice Street East and North Oshawa Park. This does not affect any roads.

It has been closed until further notice.

An assessment by a structural engineer determined that the bridge is unsafe for public use, leading to its closure, the city said while apologizing for any inconvenience this may cause.
