Durham Police are investigating after witnesses reported hearing several shots on a residential street in Ajax on Thursday morning.
On November 21 at 5:00 am, members of West Division were called to the area of Goss Lane near Audley Road and Rossland Road East in Ajax for reports of gunshots heard. Police searched the area and found several shell casings in the neighborhood. An unoccupied residence was also struck by the gunfire. There are no reported injuries at this time.
There is no suspect or vehicle descriptors at this time and investigators are looking for the public’s help with any information regarding this shooting. If you have surveillance video in this area, please contact our investigators.
