DG Group has submitted an application for 194 residential units along Green Road in the Brookhill neighbourhood of Bowmanville.
The proposed development consists of 53 single-detached units, 36 townhouse units and two blocks with a total of 105 units, including stacked townhouses and mid-rise apartment buildings as well as blocks for Environmentally Protected lands. The subject site is located at 2400 Green Road, approximately one kilometre north of Durham Highway 2 in Bowmanville.
Clarington Municipality is seeking public comments before making a decision on the application.
