The City of Oshawa will hold a virtual Planning Act public meeting on subdivision and zoning applications by Tribute (Simcoe Street) Limited for development of lands at 2530 Thoroughbred Street.
The public meeting will be held on March 8 at 6:30 pm.
A draft plan of subdivision features 11 blocks for up to 71 street townhouse dwellings, two servicing blocks and a new local road.
The application also requests rezoning of the subject lands to appropriate Residential Zone(s) to implement the proposed draft plan of subdivision with site specific conditions to permit street townhouse dwellings with reduced lot frontage, lot area, front yard depth, exterior side yard depth, rear yard depth and landscaped open space and increased lot coverage and height.
Members of the public are also invited to submit correspondence concerning this matter by 4:30 pm on March 2.
