Police looking for passenger who just walked away

Durham Police investigators are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect wanted in a firearms investigation… who just walked away.

On Friday, April 26, members of West Division arrested a 28-year-old Ajax male with 17 firearms-related charges and Driving While Under Suspension after a traffic stop in Pickering resulted in the seizure of two handguns.

The passenger walked away from officers while they investigated the driver and investigators continue to try and identify the male passenger.

The male passenger is described as black, approximately 6′ tall, 25-35 years, skinny build, with long black (braided style) hair, wearing glasses, dark jacket, pants and running shoes.
