Part of Olive Avenue in Oshawa and and intersection of Lakeridge Road in Brock are being closed, according to the Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department.
There will be road closure and lane restrictions on Olive Avenue (Regional Road 59) in the City of Oshawa on November 12, it said.
Eastbound and westbound lane restrictions will be from November 13 to 15.
Where: Olive Avenue, from Ritson Road (Regional Road 16) to Oshawa Boulevard, in Oshawa.
Why: To install water and sanitary sewer services in support of new development.
Lake Ridge Road intersection to close for six weeks
The Works Department also announced that the intersection of Lake Ridge Road (Regional Road 23) and Regional Road 13, in the Township of Brock, will be closed for construction for about six weeks.
When: November 2 until mid-December.
Where: The intersection of Lake Ridge Road and Regional Road 13 in the Township of Brock.
Why: To safely and efficiently complete road reconstruction and intersection improvements.
