Seen two men running from Oshawa stabbing scene?

Durham police investigators are trying to identify two males seen running from the scene of a stabbing incident in Oshawa yesterday morning.

On May 15 at about 4 am, officers were called regarding an injured male at King Street and Mary Street in Oshawa. Two males were located and one was discovered to be suffering from a stab wound, said a police media release.

The 27-year-old male victim advised police that two hours before, he had been on Simcoe Street South near Gibb Street when he was approached by two males, one of whom suddenly stabbed him before running off.

The victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital, where he was treated for a non-life threatening injury, the police said.

They said officers have begun canvassing the area and are currently attempting to locate security cameras in the vicinity. Both suspects are described as male, white, both bald, wearing black hoodies.
