Oshawa animal services has opened up an Instagram account, and is giving citizens the chance to get their pet featured on the account.
Your go-to destination for all things related to your Oshawa pet is now on Instagram. Follow @OshawaAnimalServices to add more furry, scaly and feathery faces to your Instagram feed, said a city release.
The account will focus on adoption success stories and available animals while also sharing tips for animal care and updates from Oshawa Animal Services. But what would an Oshawa pet account be without Oshawa pets?
Oshawa Animal Services (OAS) loves your fur-ever friend just as much as you do, and wants to share them with the world! Tag @OshawaAnimalServices and use #OASFriend in your Instagram posts and stories featuring your partner in crime for the OAS team to review and consider you for a feature on the new account.
City staff will always contact the image owner for permission to post or re-share to @OshawaAnimalServices and provide credit.
