Police are looking for a lone suspect after a gas station robbery in Whitby Monday night.
On July 29 at 11:45 pm, members of Central West Division were dispatched to a robbery call at the Ultramar gas station on Dundas Street West in Whitby.
Police arrived and the clerk indicated that the male entered the store armed with a knife and made a demand for cash. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police checked the area with negative results. The clerk was not physically harmed during the incident.
The suspect is described as: male, black, 20’s, 5’11” tall, wearing jean shorts and a black T-shirt. He was armed with a knife.
