Toronto man stabbed in Oshawa apartment

A 42-year-old Toronto man has been taken to hospital after being stabbed at an apartment in Oshawa yesterday morning.

On October 1 at 8 am, members of Central East Division responded to an apartment on Albert Street near Bloor Street West in Oshawa. The victim was in an apartment when he was stabbed several times by an unknown suspect.

The suspect fled on foot. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect is described as a male with a tanned complexion, 5’9″ tall. He was wearing dark clothing.

Investigators don’t believe that this was a random act.
