Know this suspect in forcible confinement case?

Durham Police investigators have released images of a fourth suspect in a forcible confinement case in north Whitby.

On August 29, members of the Durham Regional Police investigated a case of forcible confinement which occurred in Brooklin. The victim sustained injuries after he was confined, assaulted and threatened by four suspects.

Police have since arrested and charged three of the suspects, but one suspect remains at large. The fourth suspect is described as male, white, slender build, short hair and has one tattoo on each of his forearms. The suspect uses the street name ‘Happy’.

He is wanted for: Forcible Confinement, Extortion, Robbery, Threatening Death, and Assault with a Weapon.
