Durham Police investigators said they have released the three arrested parties unconditionally. They were held shortly after a shooting in Oshawa that left a 20-year old dead.
There are no charges associated to this investigation at this time, said a police statement.
Homicide Investigators continue to look for any information that could assist them in identifying the suspect(s) but have no descriptors at this time, it said.
The homicide victim has now been identified as Tyler Bennett, age 20 of Ajax.
